Milliazamo the Pencil-Thin Thief is a crook par excellence with uncanny abilities. And while he is about, the townsfolk's belongings can never be safe. But one day, Cairo - a sea-faring bandit - threatens to overthrow Milliazamo from his monopolistic crimes, and seek Cittazel's wealth for himself. How will the Pencil-Thin Thief take his downfall?
